Controversial Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene’s personal Twitter account has been permanently disabled for distributing COVID-19 falsehoods, according to CBS News. She still retains access to her official congressional account, @RepMTG, from which she may tweet.

Greene responded on her Gettr account, calling Twitter “an enemy to American and can’t handle the truth. That’s fine, I’ll show America we don’t need them and it’s time to defeat our enemies.”

Greene made a number of social media posts supporting far-right conspiracy theories before being elected to Congress. Greene questioned the legitimacy of lethal school shootings, believing that they were staged, as well as whether a jet hit the Pentagon on 9/11. She went on to publicly abuse David Hogg, a Parkland massacre survivor, and she never apologized.
