TikTok, a renowned Chinese video-sharing network, is constructing 300 ghost kitchens around the United States to serve its fans some of its most successful viral culinary creations. So, if you’ve been looking through some delicious delicacies on the app, this one’s for you!
According to the statement made on Friday, TikTok is teaming up with Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC) of the United States to establish a delivery-based meal service that will be available for orders starting in March 2022. According to a spokeswoman for TikTok Kitchens, the effort is meant to offer some of the most popular culinary discoveries to its followers. TikTok Kitchens will utilise an existing restaurant’s culinary space and staff, but will also provide training, food packing, and TikTok-sourced recipes.
The menu will be inspired by some of TikTok’s most popular viral culinary trends, and will cycle quarterly to keep up with the platform’s viral content.
