Microsoft is adding new features to its Microsoft 365 productivity app Copilot AI add-on. For $30 per person each month, Copilot provides capabilities including customized action items, PowerPoint draft creation, and more. Employees may now add data from business applications such as ServiceNow and Workday to Copilot’s knowledge base using a new tool called Copilot Studio.
The changes include, among other things, capabilities like Copilot helping with meeting preparation in Outlook, producing live meeting notes, producing visualizations in Teams Whiteboard, and responding to inquiries regarding meetings in Microsoft Teams. Because of Copilot’s favorable reviews, Microsoft has increased its functionality while keeping the price the same.
